Plenary Policy Dialogue: Americas
Central and South America remain dynamic markets for energy development. In Mexico, major regulatory reforms are now well underway. In Brazil, the economy is struggling to turn the corner after three years of recession, creating major challenges for local utilities and developers. And in Argentina, efforts build confidence and attract investment in the domestic oil, gas, and electricity sectors continue. Senior ministers from all three nations share their views on the future of Latin American energy.
